Failed attempt: Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate Mousse~

*Though, it was a failure. I failed.

It tasted like Nutella., it looked like Nutella, it smelled a bit like Nutella. But it wasn't. Hahaha.


It looked so like Chocolate Mousse right? But when you scoop it...

It looks more like Nutellaschole. =.=

Although failed, I was proud of myself. I finally put in effort in doing something else instead of DotA-ing. Ok fine, I did play DotA today again, after putting the Nutellaschole into fridge.

Well, it turned out not to be flocky, airy, soft. The problem was identified, after consulting Stephanie. I didn't whip the cream to the "soft peak" state it suppose to be. And I think I burnt some of the mixture. I guess that's how they made Nutella? :P

Anyway, I ain't giving up. I will try it again. I'm now excited. Can't wait for the next try-out - looking forward to it.

By the way, it costed some Euros. Haha. €11+ for the ingredients. Don't play play. But still, I want to devote some time into bakery. It was so fun~
