A leak of sadness

Attention: This is just a time-wasting article, if you do not have much time, I suggest you skip this post-- read the next one..

Arghh... It has been 3 days since I came back to Kuching. I did nothing but staying at home studying ( LoLx?!) and playing BlueServer3...

I don't know why-- ever since THAT day,
I feel so numb.. (I'm suppose to be ??)
I fell sick, which until now still haven't recover.. (the sticky mucus is still there..)
I feel blurr.. (eg, what should I do now?)
I became more evil..
I feel so boring.. (study + DotA + sleep = my day!)
I feel so tired.. ( <- i can sleep from 12-12.. WoW!)
I feel so empty..

But I know, it must be done..

The handphone, remained silence the whole day,
No calls, no SMS, MMS? Need not to say..
My SMSes are not replied..
My calls were not picked-up...

DotA is no longer fun..
Neither does TreeTag giving me some fun..
I pawn and being pawned..
I Own and being owned..
I mean, what's the big deal?

Someone out there is storing hatred in me,
Why?
I do not know. I just know that someone is hating me..

Man Utd won against Everton,
I didn't even bother..
coming back alive from 0-2 behind..
it suppose to be something to be talked about..
but i don't really care..

Something is in me, torturing..
Set me free, please..
A-Level coming soon, can I make it?
I don't even know..
I can't do anything, other than saying,
I'll try my best..
Yes, just try.. gambling and flirting with luck..

I need more feelings in things..
I need..

Nevermind.

My point is:
I'm sad..

INTEC is "good" in movie

haha.. This was surely wanna imitate the 后舍男孩's style.. but still, it's okie la.. tell u what, the clip was taken inside Cemara's Hall =D (p/s: I wonder why you two can survive without being noticed by Awang Boon?)

This is a ALG8 creation. It was presented during their graduation day.

Okie.. This was another ALG senior creation... err.. speechless??!

Waaaa.... Beethoven's 5th Symphony... ALG 8 creation (again)

This is a stupid-new-and-no-fresh-idea students who copied the Numa Numa Dance from MMU... Actually this one not nice at all la... I still like Dale. See the next clip:

The original numa numa from MMU. Actually the fatty Dale, I saw him during the orientation time at MMU in 2005. Haha.. He was skinnier than in the clip. But so happy can see him =)

ultraman dance, copying MMU's again. But I can't find the source. Maybe no one posted it up or somehow.

Okie, this is fun.. RK house pork pork...

Anyway, enjoy these clips =)

vincent

Something to share =D

I'm so the nothing to do. LoLz.. These were the pictures that I took in this week.
"My last lab's tissue!" Yeap, it was yesterday, when we did our chemistry laboratory practical for the last time. 25th April, no lie no lie.. next time I go into the lab will be A-Level Chemistry Practical.. sob sob, so fast...

I found this on one of the notice board in INTEC. I took the picture and showed it to my friend, Daniel. He was so the hurt. Read the first line..

Ants!!! Wow, what a very huge number of them. Haha, found this at the roadside after we went to Kentucky Fried Chicken.

I'm so the worried for this cute little cat. It is still very young, not long after it opened its eyes, I guess. it lied there, taking a nap. But what if the van gostan (reverse) ?

Wow! I'm nearly invisible. How I took this picture? don't ask me. I don't know either. It just appeared to be like that. But I like the "accidental" effect =D

I took picture of my class attendance on 16th April. I wasn't here. Went down to JB..

Campus Alive, 19th April, 2007

Yeap, another Campus Alive activity. Now then I upload the pictures:

Okie, so, it was the ATU students' last CA here, since they will leave for US in sometime around August or September. So, the CA was special a bit, a farewell for them.

Eu Jeen (I thought his name is Eugene) telling us how to do the ice-breaking dance =)
He's one of the ATU students. So, haha, gonna miss his games. He's really gifted.
The ice breaking dance.. Haha, very fun. At first all of us were like very blurrr, but after he taught us again, again, and again, finally we managed to do it =D

These two guys are the composers, singers of the song "shine your light"..

The ATU students stood before everyone else to hear what Joash wanna say.

There was a reason why I posted this. (Xiang Yu, you know it very well, right? *gg*)

"Will you dance with me??" The girl seemed like doubting.. LoLz..

Gonna miss these wonderful people =)

Guess that's all for now, actually got a lot pictures, but didn't post all of them up, because it would take a long time. so, ciaoz~!

Pikom PC Fair April 07

So, as i promised: The PC Fair's trip and pictures.. Uploaded them so late thanks to the "great" internet service again. Yea, funny is that, sometimes, other people can online happily while I CANNOT. I 100% sure it is not my computer problem, but their server keeps on rejecting any data transmissions from my computer @.@ oh well, never mind, finally can update my blog =D

Yea, KLCC!! LoL, so happy when I saw the "twin-jagung" =D not to mention the looonnnggg ride we had suffered =.=¿

Those that went to the PC Fair with me =D ( saw the 5th person in the reflection? :P)

Haha.. Xiang Yu, your photoshooting skill was "superb"~ So dark~~!

Me and Patricia camouflaging~ Orange~!

Personally I liked this the most~! It was sooo nice:
1: Tallest ---> shortest (Gloria, no offence~)
2: Oldest ----> youngest (Xiang Yu, no offence~)

A shot, even in the toilet ( no wonder they'd missing for quite a long time :O )

Baby: S-U-S-H-I~!

This is what Kai Chiat did with the sauce, a "wonder"ful artwork..

Near ---> far (Gloria, Pat, me, XY, KC, YZ)

Me & Xiang Yu wanna take photo, but Pat dunno, so.. haha..

Wah~! KLCC during night time.. (LoL, so we were there from sunny till sun-gone then)

1,2,3 jump~! Human reaction time? or I took the picture too early? Or some other meaning?
(hehe, no offence, ya!)

I took this picture. but.. I think my hand was shaking or somehow, because it was not clear.

Smile from a bear bear allow me to see you (The bear was a webcam)

Oh ya, as I said in the last last (last?) post, nothing much that were shown in the PC fair. I mean, it did not attract me, somehow. So, no computer display pictures..

guess that's all...

Keeping you updated (as soon as possible, =P),

A depart with promising reunion

Forewords: This post is specially dedicated to Uncle Stephen, who passed away after a great fight against cancer of liver..

The flowers look so sad..

I asked: "What happens to a Christian after he passed away?"
She answered: "He'll go to the other side of the veil & wait together with the rest for God's Judgment Day to come."
"My uncle passed away.."
"I'm sorry to hear that. But don't worry, he's with Christ now. I'll keep you & your family in prayers. Why don't you pray too? In times like this, only God the comforter can comfort and heal the sorrows. Pray for God's peace upon your whole family."
"How to pray?"
"It's simple. God is real, He's just like a friend. You just start with 'dear God', then present your request to Him. End with 'in Jesus' name, amen'."

"Heavenly Father, I want to pray for Vincent & his family. Lord, may You grant them peace and joy even in times of distress. Comfort them & be with them throughout the ordeal. In Jesus' name, amen."

I still remember,
That you were the cameraman, who took pictures of us having fun, when we're traveling..
I still remember,
That you were the one who cheers the kids up, making jokes, tricks, and 'magic'..
I still remember,
That you were the one who care a lot about everyone, despite all the differences..
I still remember,
That you were the one who taught us good and hindered us from the bad..
I still remember,
That you played the Christmas songs at your house when all of us were there..
I still remember,
The cheerful face of yours, despite the sufferings that you had deep inside you..
I still remember,
That we've framed a lot of unforgettable memories, every time when we spent our times together..
I still remember,
You were a great husband of Aunt Nancy's, a wonderful father of Stephanie's, and a faithful servant of the Lord..

The pastor told us, that before Uncle Stephen passed away, he answered 2 of the his questions:
1. Are you afraid of death? No, I'm not..
2. Do you find peace in yourself? Yes, I am..

How touching.. For most of us, I don't think we'd prepared to die. The fact is, upon the time when we were born, we're starting to step towards death.. Towards our own grave.. But he was different back then. He was a tough and strong guy. He never give up. He planned his journey of life very well.

"He fought a great fight and he won the fight. Now he's safe in His breast."

Everything sounded much much comfortable during the funeral. At least, I know Uncle Stephen is with Him. At least, I know he's now having a joyful life there. At least, I know the next time we meet again, it will be eternity, forever and ever will we not separate again.

He was such a person that I will never forget.

He passed away on Sunday, I was just came back from badminton when my mom sent me a sms. "Uncle Stephen passed away". In that moment I was disbelief of it. I was so sad about it. I went down to JB by Aunt Isobel's car on monday. I just want to see him for the one last time. My friends comforted me. I cried that night, that showering, that sleep, that funeral..

Thank you all, for the SMSes, the encouraging words, the tone of comfort.. I'm much much better already, at least not that sad anymore, because I know, he's not alone. He's with the Lord..

Uncle Stephen, you'll always in my heart,

Vincent

Just Some Updates

Sob sob sob sob sob... GE Wireless, until now baru i can online n blogging!

wow.. a lot of stuffs happened: some happy, some sad, some memorable... my feeling now is kinda mixed up.. everything is sort of like chaos in me, plus my homeworks haven finish.. feel like crying out..

okies, so i just highlight up what happened in this week:

1st: We went to Pikom PC Fair at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). Nothing much, in fact, it was somehow not like what i've been expecting. Yea, I know Microsoft® released (proudly) their Microsoft Windows Vista® (Basic, Business, Home Premium, & Ultimate) but it just.. Sigh.. when i was there i was like, "HUH?! like that nia~!?" sad sad... i expected more on the specifications thingy. Some of the companies presented their laptops with Windows Vista (Wow!), showing the wad moving tabbing function( i dunno wad they call that), but guess wad.. so laggy... lol?! Next up was about the QuadCore by Intel.. Where was it? I'm not sure if I've missed it out but honestly I was expecting to see A LOT there... but well it was not.. the only thing amazed me was the PC-modding using a super-nice-neon-blue-lighted big black casing with hydrogen liquid ( I guess) as cooler.. wow.. tat was kinda fascinating. The pricing was not that attractive either. Yea, i admitted that it DID decrease a bit, but too little. i bought Imation CD 100pcs last year with cheaper price than that i saw during the PC Fair this time.. LoL?! well, pictures, i did not take much, as my phone's camera (haiz... 1.3Mpixel only) so de not nice and I somehow managed to ask along a super-pro photographer to come with us. Haiz.. Gloria lo, tat gal. I'll update the pictures after i got them from her, which most probably is on friday. Besides, I will (try to) update about all the happenings on that day.

2nd: CA last last week's pictures i haven upload. Will put in another blog tonight, thanks to the gooood internet service provided by GE Wireless and gooooood cooperation by Cemara Office. I wish not to talk about the 1 week + nightmare without internet, where i was forced to go cc to check mail while looking at ppl around with saddy eyes: everyone playing game except me.. how 'nice' i was... LoL..

3rd: Late Uncle Stephen left us on Sunday. I went down with Aunt Isobel to Johor Bahru for the funeral. I wanted to see him for the very last time. So I smsed Brigitte about it & went down to the south. Will make another post about the funeral and details about my uncle. sad sad...

4th: I dunno what to update le.

feel so sad..

hell explained by chemistry student

Foreword: This is just a short passage of laughter from my brother's blog. Credits are to whoever that started it.

HELL EXPLAINED BY CHEMISTRY STUDENT

Haha. Rubbish, buy funny. =p

The following is an actual question given on a University of Washington chemistry mid-term. The answer by one student was so "profound" that the professor shared it with colleagues, via the Internet, which is, of course, why we now have the pleasure of enjoying it as well :Bonus Question: Is Hell exothermic (gives off heat) or endothermic (absorbs heat)? Most of the students wrote proofs of their beliefs using Boyle's Law (gas cools when it expands and heats when it is compressed) or some variant. One student, however, wrote the following:First, we need to know how the mass of Hell is changing in time. So, we need to know the rate at which souls are moving into Hell and the rate at which they are leaving. I think that we can safely assume that once a soul gets to Hell, it will not leave. Therefore, no souls are leaving. As for how many souls are entering Hell, let's look at the different religions that exist in the world today. Most of these religions state that if you are not a member of their religion, you will go to Hell. Since there is more than one of these religions and since people do not belong to more than one religion, we can project that all souls go to Hell. With birth and death rates as they are, we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially. Now, we look at the rate of change of the volume in Hell because Boyle's Law states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to stay the same, the volume of Hell has to expand proportionately as souls are added. This gives two possibilities:

1. If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls enter Hell, then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until all Hell breaks loose.

2. If Hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls in Hell, then the temperature and pressure will drop until Hell freezes over.

So which is it? If we accept the postulate given to me by Teresa during my Freshman year that, "It will be a cold day in Hell before I sleep with >you," and take into account the fact that I slept with her last night, then number two must be true, and thus I am sure that Hell is exothermic and has already frozen over. The corollary of this theory is that since Hell has frozen over, it follows that it is not accepting any more souls and is therefore, extinct...... leaving only Heaven, thereby proving the existence of a divine being which explains why, last night, Teresa kept shouting "Oh my God."

This student got the only A of the class.

The passage was grabbed from Fragment of Memories's HELL EXPLAINED BY CHEMISTRY STUDENT

Jazz Concert

Okie.. finished snapping photos of the flyer of the Jazz Concert.. yup yup.. haha.. well.. can update about it now.. here's some summarized details about the concert:

Title: Youth Jazz Orchestra North Rhine Westphalia Performance
Venue: KBU International College
Date: 6th April, 2007
Time: 2000 hours

The stage before the performance starts..

we waited for the INTEC bus at the bus stop in front of Akasia College. haiz.. because the malays came down too late we havta wait for the bus (the driver sent some students to INTEC 1st =.=¿) for kinda long time.. then some more got buses from other UiTMs all around Malaysia here.. so the road was like crowded.. you know, buses ARE big rite? haiz.. they came dunno for wad de.. maybe for the sajak or syair competition.. dunno le..

on the way I was sleepy ( cuz b4 tat played badminton with XY n Pau), but i knew that our bus did not move much (thank you, traffic congestion!).. so we arrived there late. Late as in we arrived there at around 1955 hours. Suppose there would be something like ,,Stammtisch" (Forum/ Discussion in German) for us but somehow canceled ady.. or mayb we arrived late.. haha.. dunno le.. then just went in and seated for the performance la.

the performance started at 2030 hours and the performers consists of 20 instrument players and 2 singers conducted by 2 conductors. The instruments played include piano, keyboard, bass, drums, electric guitar, trumpets, saxophones. The saxophones and trumpets had more details in classification but I dunno their names la.. just know only the general names. They played very well eh, really.. These are the songs that they played (not in order):

  1. Black Nile
  2. Cantaloupe island
  3. Monk bunk and Vice Versa
  4. Bye Bye Blackbird
  5. Groovin' High
  6. Going Home
  7. Black Power
  8. Hurtig
  9. Morello
  10. Besame Mucho
  11. Pep Talk (+ singer)
  12. Goodbye Porkpie Hat (+ singer)
  13. Footprints ( + 2 singers)

There were intermission between the performance so tat the Datuk-datuk, Datin-datin, Tan Sri-tan Sri, Puan sri-puan Sri, Yang Berbahagia and other VIP (tat was how they were named!) could have some refreshments.

They played very very well. There are times when one of them stood forward and solo a part of the songs.. nice! haha.. amazing was, tat they performed malay song, Rasa Sayang.. wow! too bad did not record down. Oh ya, speaking of which, there are rules stated below in the flyer: The audience is urged not to take any pictures during the performance. So I did not take any. Haha.. those that I posted up were made silently.. haha.. At the last song most of the audience stood up and clapped hands.. The scene was wow! very touching (exaggerated, but well it almost like tat).. something like tat..

They were in red T-shirt because KBU gave them (the T-shirt) as token of appreciation..

So the orchestra performance ended at around 2330 hours. we reached back to hostel at around 0030 hours. Yea, enjoyed the show. Then we went to have our supper ( I was damn hungry).. came back found that the internet still down, and slept =)

The cover of the flyer (blue background was the Imthiyaz's table)

The schedule of the performance (not clear la)..

Some short description about the group..

Vincent

Campus Alive & Jazz Concert

OMG OMG OMG OMG!
I hate the internet at hostel here leh! yea.. lol.. at thursday, i found out tat the whole internet connection at hostel here downed! swt.. yea.. so i called the admin, haha guess wad they told me?
"Yea yea Goh (he always call me like this), I know i know. The server has been HACKED by unknown (program) and all the datas have been removed. We're trying our best to recover the situation." LoL? well, i dunno, but it's kinda funny. who the hell is tat who hacked the system? =.=¿ dun care la.. now still unstable.. hope i can post up blogs now..

well.. come to the updates.. err.. guess 1st of all was the happenings at Campus Alive (CA) la. Hmm.. it was my 2nd time there, and tat day (thursday) was Easter Celebration. mmhmm.. it started with worshiping God as usual la.. Singing Christian songs.. oh ya, b4 tat the Eugene (Izzit? i mean the "Terengganu Durian") taught us another new "movement". it was for the punishment for us (if we lose in a game) in the future. b4 tat was ice-breaking. but due to insufficient of time we just walked around and talked to someone that we haven spoken to b4..

After that was Easter Special Sketch performance by the CA people. Haha~ It was a story of a big brother who made a life sacrifice by taking up all the guilty of his younger bad brother. well, basically it was a show to imply how Jesus sacrificed his life to all of us. I'll update with full story with pictures and maybe video (credit to Gloria) tomorrow or other time la. Now I'm collecting the details of the sketch.. yea, i mean the full story line.

After the cool and outstanding performance by the young ppl (as if I'm old ady) then we had a talk by a cute & chubby guy name David from subang Jaya. His talk title was " why I love being a Christian?" well, he told us a lot about how he feel about the religion and some real-life examples of how God responds to us when we need His help. It was a great talk with many jokes too.. haha.. I'll quote down one of the most funniest de:
When talking about how God will not leave us behind, he related to Liverpool's slogan "You'll never walk alone". Then he asked, "How many Liverpool's fans here?" some hands rised. "Man Utd?" Lots of hands were in the air (mine was one of them).. "Chelsea?" No one.. NO ONE!! And so he said all of us has common dislike: Chelsea. then he said, "if so, about how to solve the Palestine and Israel issue, why don't we walk in and ask,' you(Palestinians) like Chelsea?' No. ' You (Israelian) like Chelsea?' No. Then lets shake our hands for we having a common dislike!" and then there was a guy wearing Chelsea jersey sitting behind.. swt..
obviously this is not to insult any sides nor fans, just a laughter. if offended for posting this, 'm really really sorry. well.. back to the topic, I personally think that his talk was great! haha.. enjoyed his talk very much! hmm.. guess it was my 1st Easter Celebration in my whole life? lolx..

well, next up wanna update about wad happened last night. Yeah, we ALG people went to a concert, Jazz Concert organized at KBU. haha.. well, basically suppose to have a wad they call ,,Stammtisch" thingy.. err.. It's sort of like forum discussion thingy, but when we reached there, dunno was because we too late ( thank you, traffic congestion!) or they canceled it.. dunno la. Well, the performance was played by the YOUTH JAZZ ORCHESTRA North Rhine Westphalia, a group of young people with music talent. They played saxophones, trumpets, piano, keyboard, drums, guitar, bass, and have 2 singers too.. Well, overall the performance was GREAT~! Really admire them la.. they were like "beyond-godlike" (DotA.. :P) compare to me this music-talentless people. haha.. sometimes really admire people who can play piano, keyboard, drums, etc etc.. haha.. about the details and the pictures of the flyer ( cuz we're not allowed to take photos inside) I'll post another blog la.. dun mix them all here.. if not... panjang umur reading this.. lol..

guess tatz all for now,
vincent
