I just got an email from a Portuguese. This is what he/she wrote to me:-

Title: Life without purpose

I read your blog today. I had already begun to read this book also, but to give up mine on the way...

It is true, we are very selfish, we put our plans to front of everything...

I always do that, even without wanting. I am going to recommence reading the book today.

Day 2: You are not an accident

Yes, the creation of me is surely no accident. I'm accidentally born. But if any of you were born because of some accident *well, accident does happen*, but don't look down on yourself, even so, your birth is not something that God miscalculated. Yes, no matter how you are born, who your parents are, your family, your skin, your race, your everything, God has never miscue in His plan.

God loves us, that's why He created us. In fact, God loves us more than any other of His creation:

He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all He created.
James 1:18

How much God loves us?

God create us not because He needs us. In fact, as we speak the Trinity of God - Father, Spirit and Son, He is never lonely that He needs us. But He created us, because He is the God of Love. Remember 1. John 4:8?

Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.

Thus, love is not a characteristic of God; Love is God, God is love. Everything was done perfectly, even before we were born:

Your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in Your book before one of them came to be.
Psalm 139:16

Even Albert Einstein said, "God doesn't play dice". Therefore, no matter if there are anything regarding your personality, background, and physical appearance that you struggle to accept, say it to someone. Just tell out. Not just you'll feel much better, but who knows, you might found your answers, just like how I did. Anyway, no matter what, learn to accept yourself, because it was created by God, and His purpose lies within.

4th fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22) - patience

Today me and Jia Jin discussed about this 4th fruit of the Spirit - Patience.
There are always times, when impatience came in. To check whether you're a patient person, try out these areas:

1. Interruption
2. Inconvenience
3. Irritation
4. Inactivity

How do you treat people when you're facing these situations? When you're playing DotA and suddenly your sister skype-texted you? When you're in a hurry and someone just blocking your way? During traffic jam? When you love someone and the situation is just not right for you to confess?

I went impatient in these situations. And I felt sorry for those people that I got impatient against. Anyway, there are always ways to improve the situation:-

1. Redifine your perspective
2. A cheerful heart is good medicine - Proverbs 17:22
3. Love is patience - 1. Corinthians 13:4
4. Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for Him - Psalms 37:7
