My Genting hours 2007

Genting hours… I missed those time a lot. Though it’s just 4 of us wandering around, we did enjoy ourselves very much. Yeap, wandering. We did not come up with well-planned schedule or prepared anything, we JUST GO. Haha… It was fun though, although I missed someone damn much during that period of time.

We took the Genting Bus from KL Sentral to Genting. It costs us MYR8.30. Maybe too many people wanted to go there, the buses were fully booked, that we had to take the bus on 1600 hours (GMT+8:00). Yea, sadly. But no choice, anyway. That time I doubted what should we do when we got there… So late already. Sigh sigh… Anyway, after we bought the tickets, we sat at KFC restaurant at the 1^st floor, to eat and wait. We finished our eating, we had chit chat, gossiped (wow! Pat gong… >.<) etc etc… but the time was like hardly moving. Finally, after dreadful waiting, it was 4pm!

So we went into the bus and waited. The journey took 1 and ½ hours. And wow, the driver was driving sooooo recklessly, plus the hill-climbing route was soooooooo “curvie”, so we had our warm-up for the roller-coaster rides. Oh ya, sadly no cable car… T.T

We reached First World. When we wanted to take number so that we can book a room, a man approached us. He said he got empty rooms and offered us a cheaper room to stay. Sigh… it sounded like very fake and fishy so we rejected his offer. He really acted like very scare-scare (怕怕) =.=¿

Never mind, after we booked a room, we went to our room. After bathing and had some rest, we went to the shopping place at the 1^st floor. We passed by Casino, where we doubted in front of the entrance for quite long. Knowing my childish and immature looking, I decided to back off rather than got shooed by the security guard. No under-21 is allowed. We decided to look for dinner. We ate at a noodle shop, the cheapest I think, no sure. But the food was so little, till Ah Pau complained a lot about his MYR12.50 Japan Udon-mee. LoL. Then we went to the ticket counter and surveyed the pricing. Kinda expensive leh… LoL.

Nothing to do, went back to room. Before that, we (again) doubted in front of the entrance to the casino. LoL. The night was nothing special. The next day we went to play the Outdoor and Indoor theme park. We started with the stupid 90° Pirate ship. Lame la.. I missed the one that I played at either Taiwan or S.Korea. Not sure where le, forgot already. That one was really nice! Haha… Next we went to play corkscrew, before we enjoy the Grand Prix Fun-Kart.

My car was very slow, and until now I still don’t know why. Sad. Even the drivers I front of me overtook me, meaning they passed me a round. ZzzZ. Next we went to play Super Toboggan followed by the dizzy Spinner.

Toboggan, Xiang Yu, luckily you didn’t come. I bet you’re overweight to play it. LoLx.

Then we went to play Cyclone, which we waited as if we’re dying.

Finally we went for the much-awaited Space Shot. Muahaha… although it was hard to persuade Ah Pau play space shot, but we succeeded in the end to convince him. Haha! Cheers for all of us! Queued for quite sometime also.

And when we were in the sky, ready feel the feeling of free-fall, my cousin called me. Sweat! And the phone just rang whole the way down as I fell. LoL. Felt like want to play it again, but gave up, because so many people queuing. Sigh. Then we went to play other fascilities.

Flying coaster! OMG! 360° turn! We played this twice!

Get in... and prepare yourself. Elyas: "Kira Yamato, Freedom, ikimasu!"

Nothing fun to say, so I’ll skip the other parts.

At night we went to play Indoor Games. Adult Bumper Car was fun. There was a girl, knocked all of us, when we were having fun pinning Ah Pau down. Sweat. Haiz… Then we played the Indoor Roller Coaster. Then we had our dinner at Pizza Hut.

Tried the Dip-licious thingy. Haha… Weird but quite nice to eat also, I mean the sauce. Haha.. See this: I’m pulling the cheeeeeeeeeeeeese!

Nothing much at Genting already, actually. The next day Daniel and I went for the free breakfast (the day before was Ah Pau and Elyas). Not many choice of food compare to some other hotels that I stayed before. But what amazed me was the number of people when we were there. Really a lot of people. Imagine how many the cooks are needed to ensure everyone has something to eat. Haha… But the cereals always kena sapu finish 1^st by the kids. I could hardly get enough for myself to eat. I had this: Honeystar!

Wow… I missed HoneyStar a lot.. I haven’t eat any since errr…err…err… very long time ago. If not mistaken the year that I last ate HoneyStar was 2002 or 2003... LoL… It surely brings back some of the childhood memories, where I enjoyed eating HoneyStar with milo+UHT milk. Yum yum! Anyway, after finished breakfast we went back to our room, packed up our things and the time was about 11.45am already. Me and Ah Pau quickly rushed to the bus station, since our bus was on 12 noon sharp. Ran ran ran! Luckily we managed to be there in time. Haha… Daniel straight went down to Johor Bahru while Elyas went to Pudu Station, so their bus schedules were different, at 1.00pm and 12.30pm each. So when we left the room, they two still inside, watching television. LoL.

Ah Pau and I went to KL Sentral and I changed numbers of train and got to my aunt’s house at Cheras. I thought I can have a great holiday at there, but yeah, it turned out to be “GREAT”… VERY GREAT… LoL.

This trip to Genting I enjoyed a lot, although I felt sad as I’m not travelling with her like last time when we all went to Langkawi Island. What a great memory that was. Anyway, this trip to Genting, I did not:

1. Enter Casino to look around
2. Go to the club that Xiang Yu kept on telling Ah Pau
3. Did not play ALL of the stuff
4. Did not go with her

Sigh.

Very sad. I want to come again when I’m 21 years old. Officially legal for everything. LoL
